Talk to Your Preferred Customer – In this course, you’ll use the products and services of your business to determine who your preferred customer is and where to find that customer. You’ll also learn how to appeal to that customer through messages and images so that you can reach the customer you’re meant to serve.

Embrace Your Brand Promise – In this course, you’ll learn how to craft a brand promise that shifts your view of your own business, guides your decisions about your business, and connects you–and your customers–to the value of what you do.

Build Your Brand Differently – In this course, you’ll learn about the different brand types, so that you can choose the one works best for your goals. Then you practice with brand building techniques that stand out from your competition.

Craft Your Brand Identity – In this course, you’ll look at the visual presentation of your brand, including logo (free consultation with a graphic designer), color theory, website construction (free consultation with a website designer), and basics of graphic design so that you create a consistent look for a website and social media posts.

Use Memory Techniques in your Branding – In this course you’ll learn how memory works, so that you can build a memorable brand that helps others refer customers to you.

Walk Your Customer’s Journey – In this course, you’ll learn how to build your brand promise into business processes that take care of customers so well that they begin to refer others to you.

Develop a Brand with Integrity – In this course, you’ll learn how to weave integrity into all your brand actions, so that customers build trust in your and your business. From pricing to presentation, staying true to your brand is how to build loyalty and stand out from your competition.

Personality Matters – In this course, you’ll learn more about your own personality style so that your brand reflects your personality and you can choose who you want to work with with more confidence. You’ll also learn how your brand can repel those who will not work effectively with you.

Make Social Media Work for You – In this course, you’ll learn the basics of effective social media communication. Then you’ll apply your brand thinking to create your own social media templates that attract those you’re meant to serve.

Grow Referrals Organically – In this course, you’ll learn how to use “brand actions”, such as networking and post-purchase communications, to grow your business through referrals.
